Trivia is a great option for a Christmas Eve activity, family gatherings, or holiday parties.

It’s one of those fun games that works for all ages—younger kids can join in, teens love the challenge, and grandparents get to show off their Christmas knowledge.

I’ve created a free printable Christmas trivia game you can download and use at your next holiday party.

This is a printable PDF that comes with trivia questions and the  answer key.

It’s the perfect addition to your holiday celebrations and a great icebreaker when you’re hosting Christmas parties or cozy family get-togethers.

How to Play Christmas Trivia

Here’s the easy version—no overthinking required!

  1. Gather your crew. Grab your kids, cousins, grandparents, neighbors—whoever’s around. The more, the merrier!
  2. Print the trivia sheets. Have your printable PDF ready to go. (I recommend card stock so it lasts through a few holiday celebrations.)
  3. Pick a quiz master. Someone gets to be the “quiz master” who reads questions and keeps score. You can stick with one host or take turns.
  4. Answer the questions. Each person (or team) writes down their right answers on a piece of paper as the host reads.
  5. Keep it moving. If you want, set a time limit—30 seconds per question keeps the game lively.
  6. Check the answers. After a round, go back through with the answer key and see who got the most correct answers.
  7. Tally up points. One point for each correct answer.
  8. Celebrate the winner. Whoever has the most correct answers wins! Hand out a small prize or let them enjoy bragging rights until the next round
